Yes! Shipping is absolutely FREE by USPS Ground Advantage for all orders placed in the U.S.!!! We ship promptly, and we will ship out your order within 1 business day of receiving it. We also ship to many international countries via USPS. (Note: There may be restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to some international destinations.)
For international shipping, when you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping class you choose.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund -20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund promptly upon receiving the returned package. We will process your return once we receive it in 1 to 2 business days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will not accept returns on items that have been used or installed.
