All orders placed with Response Import Auto Fashion (phone, fax, mail, internet/web & e-mail) constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Response Import Auto Fashion until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa payments online and by emailing email@shopresponse.com. We will also accept money orders or cashier checks made payable to "Response Import Auto Fashion". Please call for any questions or to order any products not found on our online catalog, we will be happy to help you get the item you need. California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax. All Credit Card Transactions will be charged a 2% processing fee. Please note that our website we take all necessary precautions to avoid credit card fraud, your IP address will be recorded and we will verify every aspect, address, name, phone numbers related to the card as well as routine verifications with the crediting financial institution. Any attempt to use fraudulent funds will be notified to law enforcement agencies. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are subject to changes without prior notice. UPDATE: We now accept Paypal, we are a verified paypal business member.

Shipping Information:
We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) from once we receive the order. To minimize the cost to you and for the best possible service all sales are shipped via USPS from California. Normal deliveries within the U.S. takes 1 to 7 business days depending on the region in which you reside. Our minimum shipping and handling charges is $4.99. If you would like to receive a tracking number, please indicate in the comments field when ordering, or simply email us. You may track your shipment at www.ups.com. To avoid fraud we will only ship to the address associated with the credit card.

Return Policy:
All sales are final and sold "As Is". Response Import Auto Fashion will only have the right to approve returns, exchanges or refunds will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. All returns must be received by Response Import Auto Fashion within 10 calendar days from which it was received. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by either Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, all to be determined by Response Import Auto Fashion. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on all authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items.

In Stock Condition and Back Orders:
We nomally stock around 99% of all products at all times so all of our items on our site are in stock unless otherwise noted "Out Of Stock", so it is extremely rare an item will be backordered. If an item is in fact out of stock, we will notify you and either hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available or at your request cancel the order.. If we experience a foreseeable long delay, we will advise you of that fact and most likely cancel the order.  We try our best to stock every item we sell and strive for a 100% in stock rate. That means no waiting which is common with other retailers who drop ship or don't stock their products. Just another reason to buy from Response Import Auto Fashion.

Claims
All merchandise are packed carefully and correctly and checked  and double checked before it leaves our facility. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be notified to us immediately. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for USPS or UPS inspection if necessary. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within seven working days of receipt.

Legal Venue
In the event that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made with the Torrance Municipal Court located in Torrance, California. Response Import Auto Fashion customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once a transaction has been made with Response Import Auto Fashion.

Product Installation
Response Import Auto Fashion highly recommends the installation of mechanical or electrical parts be performed by a qualified trained professionals. Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions. All products installed incorrectly will not be covered under any warranties and will not be accepted as a return or refund or exchange on parts after it had been installed, modified or painted.

Engine Performance Upgrades and Legality of Products
Response Import Auto Fashion offers a wide variety of merchandise designed to improve the appearance and performance of your vehicle. The rules and regulations regarding the use of some or all of these items may vary from state to state and/or city to city. Response Import Auto Fashion will not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any given items in your particular area. We highly recommend that you check with your local law enforcement agency. Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty. All engine performance upgrades directly related to engine, exhaust system, turbo charging, supercharging system, and fuel injection system are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway unless otherwise specified. Check your local state laws regarding use.
